1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is AUGUR SAS, operating as NPco ("NPco", "we"), registered office Bâtiment B, 3e étage, porte 232, 8 rue du Docteur Ténine, 94250 Gentilly, France.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For any question or request about your personal data, write to contact@npco.ai, for the attention of our two founders, Matthieu Nastorg (Président) or Emmanuel Menier (Directeur Général).

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

  • Talk to an engineer and research report requests (HubSpot forms). We collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, company and job title, and your message if you write one. We use them to answer your request and, for a report, to email it to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • Contact us form. We collect your name, email, company and message, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
  • Job applications (forms on our job pages). We collect your name, email, the file you upload, such as your CV, and your answers, to assess your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible employment contract.
  • Emails about our products and research. We use your name, work email and company to send you information related to your professional role. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. You can object at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot), only after you accept analytics cookies. We collect the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the site that referred you. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • Visit counts without cookies (Plausible Analytics). We count page views, referring sites, browsers and countries in aggregate, without identifying you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how the website is used.

Submissions of our website forms are recorded in HubSpot, our contact database. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

3. Who receives your data

We use these service providers, under contracts that limit them to acting on our instructions:

  • HubSpot: forms, contact database, emails, website tracking and the cookie banner. Our account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data center.
  • Webflow: website hosting and some of our forms.
  • Google: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
  • Plausible Analytics: cookie-free visit counts, an EU-based service.

Inside NPco, only the people who need your data to handle your request (the founders, sales and the hiring manager for a role) can access it.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers, such as Webflow and Google, are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for providers certified under it, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Requests to talk to an engineer, contact messages, report requests and email contacts: 3 years from your last contact with us.
  • Job applications not taken further: 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you join NPco, your data moves to your employee file.
  • Analytics: analytics cookies last at most 13 months, and the data collected through them is kept for at most 25 months.
  • Your cookie choice (consent or refusal): 6 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. Under French law, you can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To use these rights, write to contact@npco.ai. We answer within one month. If you think we have not respected your rights, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), www.cnil.fr.
